Account Executive

The account executive is in charge of all operations of an account. They are the manager of the work that comes in. The account executive works directly with the client to ensure their needs are being met. The account executive works hard to ensure that the scope of work and any all deliverables are being completed and that compensation is received. The account executive acts as a bridge between accounts and freelancers. There is an account executive assigned to every project. 


Job Duties


  • Oversees the operations of accounts

  • Completing deliverables on an agreed upon scheduled timeline

  • Communicates directly with the client to assist them in reaching their goals

  • Takes lead in scheduling meetings and managing attendance for different accounts

  • Leads the team of freelancers

  • Reports to managing partner about all client updates




  • Leadership experience

  • Strong organizational skills 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Time management

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team 

  • Preferably a Junior/Senior
